At Synergy Research Compounds LLC, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once an order has been placed and processed.
Due to the nature of our research-use materials and strict product handling standards, orders cannot be returned after they leave our facility. Once an order has been prepared, packed, dispatched, or handed over to the shipping carrier, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.
1. Order Cancellations and Refund Timeline
All products sold by Synergy Research Compounds LLC are strictly intended for laboratory research purposes only. They are not meant for human or animal consumption, nor for any diagnostic, therapeutic, or medical use. By placing an order with Synergy Research Compounds LLC, you acknowledge that you will use all products solely for research purposes and understand the associated responsibilities.
Due to the nature research materials, all sales are final. Once an order has been shipped, Synergy Research Compounds LLC does not offer returns, refunds, or exchanges under any circumstances. By completing your purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to our No Return Policy, as well as the research-only usage disclaimer.
2. Research-Use Product Handling
Products offered by Synergy Research Compounds LLC are intended strictly for qualified laboratory research use only. Because of the controlled handling requirements associated with research materials, returned products cannot be accepted or restocked.
For safety, quality control, and compliance reasons, all research-use products are final sale once processed or shipped.
3. Shipping Responsibility
After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is no longer under our direct control. Synergy Research Compounds LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, lost packages caused by address errors, or other shipping-related circumstances outside our control.
Shipping concerns may be reviewed when possible, but they do not automatically qualify an order for a refund once the package has left our facility.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you believe your order was damaged in transit or you received an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear supporting details.
Any issue review is handled at the discretion of Synergy Research Compounds LLC. Submitting a claim does not guarantee a refund, return, replacement, or credit.
