10. Shipping Responsibility

After an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, the shipment is no longer under the direct control of Synergy Research Compounds LLC. We are not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect routing, weather delays, service interruptions, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier.
