Shipping Policy
Synergy Research Compounds LLC ships research-use-only products within the United States only. This Shipping Policy explains our shipping availability, processing times, shipping rates, tracking information, and customer responsibilities after an order is placed.
1. Shipping Availability
Synergy Research Compounds LLC currently ships to eligible addresses within the United States only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Orders requiring shipment outside the United States cannot be processed. If an order is placed with an unsupported, incomplete, or non-U.S. shipping address, the order may be cancelled or refunded.
2. Shipping Method
All eligible U.S. orders are shipped using UPS Ground for standard shipping, unless expedited shipping is requested and available during checkout or arranged prior to shipment.
3. Shipping Fees
Synergy Research Compounds LLC shipping fees are configured as follows:
- USA Flat Rate Shipping: $14.00 for orders below $250
- Free USA Shipping: Orders $250 and above will qualify for FREE UPS Ground Shipping
- Expedited Shipping: If expedited shipping is requested, the free shipping offer does not apply
- Expedited Shipping Costs: All expedited shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- International Shipping: Not available
Free USA shipping on orders over $250 qualifies the order for free UPS Ground Shipping only. If expedited shipping is requested, the free shipping order offer does not apply. All expedited shipping requests are costs incurred by the customer.
Available shipping options and final shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before the order is submitted.
4. Same-Day Shipping
Orders received by 2 PM EST, Monday–Friday, will ship the same day when payment is confirmed, inventory is available, and the shipping address is complete and valid.
Orders placed after 2 PM EST, on weekends, or on holidays may be processed on the next business day.
5. Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment confirmation and order review. Processing may be delayed due to address verification, payment review, inventory checks, carrier limitations, holidays, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.
6. Tracking Information
Tracking information may be provided once an order has shipped. Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates and ensuring someone is available to receive the package when delivered.
Tracking confirmation from the carrier may be used as proof of shipment and delivery.
7. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss transfers to the customer once the package has been accepted by the shipping carrier. After carrier acceptance, Synergy Research Compounds LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, failed delivery attempts, lost packages, stolen packages, incorrect routing, or other carrier-related issues.
8. Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Synergy Research Compounds LLC is not responsible for delayed, lost, returned, or misdelivered packages caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address information provided by the customer.
9. Carrier Delays
Synergy Research Compounds LLC is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, holidays, service interruptions, incorrect routing, high shipping volume, or events outside our control.
10. Lost or Missing Shipment Claims
Lost or missing shipment concerns must be reported within 5 days of the expected or confirmed delivery date. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for review.
To submit a shipping concern, please provide:
- Order number
- Tracking number
- Shipping address used at checkout
- Description of the issue
- Any carrier communication or delivery notice, if available
11. Storage After Delivery
Customers are responsible for proper handling and storage immediately after delivery. Synergy Research Compounds LLC is not responsible for product degradation, temperature exposure, mishandling, contamination, or storage-related issues after delivery has occurred.
12. Research-Use-Only Materials
Products offered by Synergy Research Compounds LLC are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical use only. They are not intended for human or animal consumption, therapeutic use, clinical use, diagnostic use, food use, cosmetic use, or consumer application.
Synergy Research Compounds LLC does not provide medical advice, dosing instructions, administration guidance, or usage recommendations.
